Crossing the Red Sea

This is a picture I drew of the Israelites crossing the Red Sea. Last night we read the twenty-first chapter of Exodus, and it has some very interesting rules for the Israelites. Like, "If anyone curses his father or mother, he must be put to death" and, "Anyone who kidnaps another and either sells him or still has him when he is caught must be put to death" . The basis for a lot of our laws come from the first four books of the Bible.

Sarah,
I just found you from Joyfully at Home and was delighted to learn about another large, multi-racial family. We get that a lot too ("You must have your hands full!") but our reaction is the same. I am the second eldest in a family of eight children. Lovely meeting you, stop by any time.
