A couple of days ago, Anna found a Gopher turtle in the backyard under a rose plant.

Samuel put him in a box, and we watched him (I'm just guessing it's a he) for a while. Daddy said it was illegal to keep Gofee though, so we had to let him go.
Momma painted some pink dots on his back so we know for sure it's the same turtle if he comes back.
Gofee was very eager to get out of the box!
